Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our equipment to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing tasks requiring physical agility, including lifting, bending, squatting, and navigating various areas of the plant to carry materials and equipment and climb steps.
  • Accurately measuring, reading and interpreting instructions, and reading and working with engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Repairing, maintaining, and performing cleaning tasks on machinery, electronic devices, and mechanical equipment
  • Fabricating racks, tables, and miscellaneous items.
  • Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment including drill press, saws, multi-meters, oscilloscope, and more.
  • Forklift operation
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional vocational or technical training from a Vo-Tech or Technical Institute. Candidates with relevant on-the-job experience will also be considered
  • Ability to interpret and apply data/specifications from engineering drawings and schematics effectively.
  • Successful completion of forklift license certification and possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' demonstrable experience in the maintenance field, with a proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Prior work experience in electronics and electrical fields.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following skill areas: welding, plumbing, mechanical, sheet metal, and HVAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to proficiently read, write, and communicate effectively.
