Join our Coats team as an Assembly Operator, responsible for assembling high-quality products at various workstations throughout the plant while adhering to established cycle times.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Read, write, and communicate effectively to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
  • Utilize both powered and non-powered hand tools for assembly tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy by inspecting parts and components as needed.
  • Assemble products efficiently to meet established cycle times.
  • Perform minor repairs as necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Stock production lines as required.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating small hand tools.
  • Ability to work within established cycle times.
  • Capable of lifting, bending, squatting, walking, reaching above and below the waist, and carrying materials.
  • Requires good eye sight to ensure accuracy when inspecting parts and components as needed.
