The Office Coordinator is responsible for all front of the house coordination with vendors, services, and guests. This person will act as a receptionist, office administrator, and facilities coordinator, while helping with on-site events and customer visits.

This position is part-time, M-TH from 9:00am-3:00pm and qualified candidates will need to have the ability to work more hours as needed. Those hours may include Fridays as well. This position is benefits eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Manage Building Renovation & Upgrade project and vendors
  • Greet guests and vendors, manage security into the building
  • Coordinate external and site contractors for services such as parking lot maintenance and lawn care
  • Manage site contractors, including janitorial services, door security, painters etc
  • Sort mail and organize the mail room, and any shipping or package administration (Fedex etc.)
  • Ensure that conference and meeting rooms are continually stocked and cleaned
  • Assist in event management and customer visits, such as ordering lunches, making reservations.
  • Other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior Office or Facilities Management experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High school degree or GED required, Associates preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate the campus and building regularly
