The Systems Administration Manager will be reporting to the Director of Information Technology and will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our SAP S/4 HANA platforms and cloud technologies (Azure & AWS). Responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, including installation, administration, and monitoring of our S/4 HANA environments. The Systems Administration Manager will ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our systems to support business continuity. The Systems Administration Manager will manage and lead the ERP/BI Technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive successful technical projects related to SAP S/4 HANA platforms, including technical planning, installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Monitor SAP systems for logs, work processes, lock entries, background jobs, and perform system health checks.
  • Implement and manage security protocols for SAP S/4 HANA platforms.
  • Oversee AWS infrastructure, including deployment and management of services such as S3, EC2, VPC, Workspaces, SNS, IAM, ELB, and CloudWatch. Troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with cloud providers and business teams.
  • Lead the ERP/BI technical team and develop operational procedures as needed to ensure efficient system management.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of management experience in ERP systems or 3 years as an SAP S/4 HANA Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including technical planning, installations, configurations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience with AWS infrastructure deployment and management, including S3, EC2, VPC, Workspaces, SNS, IAM, ELB, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience in SAP Sizing using SAP Quicksizer, SAP data archiving, and network security design.
  • Experience with Azure is highly beneficial.
  • Strong scripting abilities are a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred; technical certifications in Azure or AWS are highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP on cloud platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP Smart Finance is advantageous.
